1.We aim to
supply the goods you ordered without undue delay, or we will inform you
otherwise with in a reasonable time. We are certain that because of the
safeguards imposed prior to you receiving your order there should be no mistakes
supplying you with the correct herbal product stated in your order details.
2.All orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Both your delivery address and our sender address will be placed on the package to insure that your order will not go undelivered. We keep all Royal Mail proof of posting records on file for three months

Claim
Policy
CHMHC will not
be held responsible for situations beyond its control, these include claims for
packages that are lost, damaged or undelivered while in the post.
Our charge for post and packaging includes the price for Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Royal Mail can track your delivery until it leaves the UK. If your order is overdue and was despatched by Recorded Delivery, this signed-for service ensures that if your package was proved to be either damaged, or lost while in the post, you may receive compensation from the carrier service.
Contaminated products
Where you have opened the product and in the unlikely event the herbal product is found contaminated, other than damaged in transit, (see above - which may be the responsibility of the carrier). Please inform us of this problem by email within 30 days of dispatch, and FOLLOWING THE SAFE RETURN OF THE CONTAMINATED PRODUCT, we will arrange a full refund of your money (including the initial shipping cost).
Our charge for post and packaging includes the price for Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Royal Mail can track your delivery until it leaves the UK. entitled to a refund on returned items only if they comply with certain
conditions. Due to the nature of the products we sell, if the outer seal of any
Chinese herbal remedy, herbal product or herbal sliming tea is removed or in
anyway damaged then we cannot refund that item.
Please email us before returning any item. Returns should be sent to: Chinese Herbal Medicinal Heath Centre,7 Buchan Path,Glenrothes,Fife ,KY6 1EH . Please include a brief letter explaining why you are returning the item(s). Please include your NAME and ADDRESS with your return.
Just send any UNOPENED item back to us within 30 days of initial dispatch and we will gladly refund your money, minus the standard minimum bank charge incurred by our company in dealing with your order, this involves either cashing your cheque or processing your credit card. If the reason for the return of the herbal products is clearly our mistake no bank charge will be deducted. Credit Card refunds will be initiated within 10 days of receipt of your returned items.
When you return your unwanted herbal products, we recommend you use an insured carrier such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or UPS Global. We are sorry but we cannot refund shipping charges.
